Financial analysis of catfish cultivation feeding with black soldier fly (maggot) at fish-farmers’ group TPS3R Kayumanis, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia

چکیده

The demand for fresh catfish in Bogor Regency is very high, causing farmers to take this business opportunity produce more catfish. Feed contributes about 60% of operational cost, therefore reduce the production farmer uses black soldier fly (maggot) as a supplementary feed their cultured. This research aims analyze cultivation using maggot at fish-farmers group TPS3R Kayumanis Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. was conducted from March April 2021 observation, interviews, and documentation. feasibility done by calculating revenue cost ratio (R/C), breakeven point (BEP), return on investment (ROI). result showed R/C 1.4; BEP 361,437 IDR, ROI 8.6%. These results indicated that feasible business.
